SHIPPING POLICY
All of our products are in stock and available for immediate shipping unless otherwise noted. Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours.
Products other than wheels are fulfilled via USPS First Class Parcel service or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the item. Wheels and wheel/tire packages are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Home and are fully insured.
If an item arrives in a damaged box, please take pictures of the box prior to opening, and then open and inspect the product for damage. Product damage should be reported to us immediately so we can work with the shipper and get the item replaced as quickly as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our goal.
We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods and return instructions will be provided.
If goods are damaged during shipment or the wrong item was shipped, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and items will be exchanged for the correct or same item. In all other circumstances, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a reputable shipping company, obtain a tracking number, and insure the product, as we will not be responsible for damage that occurs on return shipment.
Refunds will be given once the item is received in our warehouse and inspected. Wheel returns will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Additional deductions to the refund amount will be made based on the condition of the returned item.
ONCE YOU MOUNT YOUR WHEELS YOU OWN THEM, and returns will not be authorized, except for warranty claims.
