WHEEL/TIRE PACKAGES
Our True Turbine wheels come with the following warranty:

3-year Structural Warranty*

1-year limited Surface Finish Warranty*
*Cleaning wheels with acidic and abrasive cleaners will void the Surface Finish Warranty. Wheels damaged due to negligent driving or impact from road hazards are not eligible for the Structural Warranty. We require that all warranty claims be sent back to our facility for inspection and/or testing.
Our tires come with the manufacturer's original warranty and it is different depending on the brand and model of tire. More details can be found on the manufacturer's website or on the tire detail page through our website. Tire warranty issues must be handled through the manufacturer, though we will do our best to support you should a warranty claim arise.

Your privacy is one of our highest concerns.
We will NOT share your personal/contact information with 3rd parties. We do not have access to or store credit card information. Credit card purchases are handled securely through Wix Payments, and they do not share anything more than the last 4 digits of the card number with us.
Reviews submitted through email or on our website may be used and displayed on our website, but only a first name, city, and state will accompany the review (if provided).
Very infrequently we may send out an email to notify our customers of new products but generally our only contact with you will be regarding an order, or in response to an inquiry.
